We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Afro Herencia, a well-established beauty supply store located in a bustling neighborhood of Cali, Colombia. This marks our first strategic move into the beauty sector — a market that we believe has strong growth potential, especially within Afro-Colombian communities. People who self-identify as Afro, Raizal, Palenquero or Black represent approximately 9.3% to 10% of Colombia’s total population — roughly 4.6 to 4.7 million individuals.

By acquiring Afro Herencia and integrating it into the operations of Chimera Industrial, we aim to:
